By accessing or using LabelNexa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
LabelNexa provides discounted UPS shipping services through an AI-powered platform. We act as an intermediary between you and UPS, offering competitive rates for domestic and international shipments.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long.
All shipments are processed through UPS. LabelNexa is not a carrier and does not transport packages. We provide rate comparison, label generation, and shipment management services. Actual delivery times and service availability are determined by UPS.
Prices displayed are estimates based on the information you provide. Final shipping costs may vary based on actual package dimensions, weight, and other factors determined by UPS. Payment can be made via wallet balance or credit/debit card through Stripe. All payments are in US dollars.
You may request cancellation of a shipment before it has been picked up by UPS. Approved cancellations will be refunded to your wallet balance. Refund amounts and eligibility are determined on a case-by-case basis.
You must comply with all UPS shipping restrictions and applicable laws. You may not ship hazardous materials, illegal items, or any goods prohibited by UPS or applicable regulations. You are solely responsible for the contents of your shipments.
LabelNexa is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay of shipments once they are in the possession of UPS. For shipping insurance and claims, please refer to UPS terms and conditions. Our liability is limited to the shipping fees paid through our platform.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal information necessary to provide shipping services, including names, addresses, and payment information.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
Shipping rates quoted on LabelNexa are based on the package weight and dimensions you provide at the time of order. UPS independently verifies the actual weight and dimensions of every package.
If UPS determines that the actual weight or dimensions of your package differ from what was entered during order creation, UPS will apply adjustment charges based on the actual measurements. These adjustments will be passed through to your account and deducted from your wallet balance automatically.
Dimensional weight (DIM weight) may apply when the package size exceeds UPS thresholds. The billable weight is the greater of the actual weight or the dimensional weight. You are responsible for providing accurate weight and dimensions to avoid unexpected charges.
LabelNexa is not responsible for any rate differences resulting from inaccurate package information provided by the user.
Pickup requests are subject to UPS availability and scheduling. Pickup fees charged by UPS will be passed through to your account. LabelNexa does not guarantee specific pickup times. You are responsible for having packages ready at the specified pickup location during the requested window.
